Conference registration fees are refundable until March 20, 2017, minus a service fee of $50.00. To receive a refund, provide your request in writing to email@example.com. After March 20, 2017, refunds will not be issued.
Transfers and substitutions are accepted without fees or penalties. To designate another person to attend in your place, please make the appropriate changes online by using your registration confirmation to change the details within your account. All changes must be completed by March 20, 2017.
